- Request for CFS Guest Pass
- Fall 2024 Drop Request: Submit a drop request for each course; or, drop all courses and request a refund by Friday, September 20, 3 p.m.
- Fall 2024 Request to Apply Tuition Credits
- Fall 2024 Scholarship Request: Requests for partial scholarships are due by Friday, August 16, noon during lottery registration; and by Monday, September 16 during open registration.
- Spring 2025 Course Proposal (March 24-May 16, 2025): Course proposals will be accepted September 1-November 1, 2024. Preview a sample form. Spring 2025 will be a theme term with selected courses, programs and events related to the theme “Women, Gender and Social Change”; learn more about the theme term. Spring 2025 course proposals are not required to relate to the theme.
- Winter 2025 Course Proposal (January 13-February 24, 202): Course proposals were accepted June 1-August 1, 2024.
