- Winter 2025 Drop Request: Submit a drop request for each course; or, drop all courses and request a refund by Friday, January 10, 3 p.m.

- Winter 2025 Scholarship Request: Requests for partial scholarships are due by Friday, November 22, noon during lottery registration; and by Monday, January 6 during open registration.
- Spring 2025 Course Proposal (March 24-May 16, 2025): Course proposals were accepted September 1-November 1, 2024; if you’d like to inquire about submitting a late course proposal, email us. Preview a sample form. Spring 2025 will be a theme term with selected courses, programs and events related to the theme “Women, Gender and Social Change”; learn more about the theme term. Spring 2025 course proposals are not required to relate to the theme.
